Ingredients: 1 kg lamb loin chops; 8 baby potatoes, peeled; 200 g button mushrooms; 10 ml crushed fresh ginger; 10 ml crushed garlic; 10 ml ground jeera (cumin); 7 ml salt; 200 ml plain yoghurt; 5 ml roasted masala; 2 green chillies, finely chopped; 30 ml sunflower oil; 5 ml ground koljana (coriander)

Method

Place lamb chops, mushrooms and potatoes in a greased ovenproof dish. Combine yoghurt with remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in dish. bake at 200°C for 30–45 minutes, or until meat is cooked and sauce is brown and bubbling
