Salsa de Aguacate

• 2 large avocados
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 3 tablespoons

Peel, pit and mash the avocados with a fork. Add the lime juice oil, salt and pepper and beat until the sauce has the consistency of mayonnaise.
