  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves


To make the sauce, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and fresh hot pepper and cook, stirring over medium heat until the mixture is well blended. Add all the rest of the ingredients, lower the heat and cook gently, stirring from time to time, until the sauce is thick.
