Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons Colombo or Madras curry powder; 3 or 4 garlic cloves, pressed; ½ teaspoon Bajan Pepper Sauce, or ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1 teaspoon ground turmeric; Chopped fresh parsley, optional; ½ teaspoon garam masala; 2½ cups (200 g) diced potatoes, cut into 1½-inch (4 cm) cubes; 1½ teaspoons American-style prepared mustard; 1 teaspoon pink or sea salt, or to taste; 1½ cups (210 g) chopped calabaza, butternut, or other winter squash, cut into 1½-inch (4 cm) cubes; 1½ teaspoons ground cumin; 3 cups (720 ml) water; 1 teaspoon mild paprika; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 1½ teaspoons tomato paste; 1 onion, chopped
