Either fresh bay leaf or dried works well for this tea, but each gives a slightly different flavor. The smell is intoxicating and the taste is unforgettable!

Method

Put the bay leaves and water in a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover, and steep for 1 hour. Stir in the creamer, then sweeten to taste.
