Caramel Spiced Popcorn

I remember when I first had caramel corn; the brand does not exist anymore but my introduction to the sweet and salty crunchy snack never left me. As a very young child I had a neighbor, an old man, who used to pass by my house every evening on his way home from work. Because he would not be able to tell me “Good night,” he would say it in the evening. He would always bring me a snack, handing it to me or my mother through our jalousie windows. I will never forget his kindness. This old-fas
