It’s the epitome of simplicity, especially with an instant-read thermometer to ensure it’s done to your taste. This is probably more chimichurri than you’ll need, but use it on Leftover Steak and Manchego Quesadillas with Chimichurri or on grilled chicken. I serve the filets with green beans
