Fajitas are easy and fast to make, yet they deliver tons of flavor and satisfaction. Pork tenderloins live up to their name: you don’t have to marinate them, as you might with beef flank steak, to be able to cut the meat with a fork. Use about 1½ tablespoons of purchased fajita seasoning or make your own, as I do below, then let everyone garnish their own fajitas at the table.
