Banana chocolate chip cookie

I love cookies. Marylands are the best for dipping in a cup of tea, giant Millie’s Cookies for birthday celebrations, M & S’s freshly baked milk chocolate chip paired with a glass of milk... I could go on!

So, I knew I had to put a cookie recipe in this book. It needed to be chewy, crispy, sweet and salty – a blend of all my favourites. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Keep the chocolate in big pieces so that it doesn’t completely melt into the mix – about the size o
