You can’t go wrong with a fish finger sandwich. And you certainly can’t go wrong when the fish is coated in breadcrumbs and yeast flakes.

Method

Preheat your oven to 160°C fan.

Make your roast garlic mayo first. Wrap the whole bulbs of garlic loosely in tin foil and pop in the oven for 20 minutes
