These are the favorite cookies of Mark Keel, chief of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). SLED is South Carolina’s equivalent of the FBI. I’ve known Mark since he was a member of lieutenant governor Mike Daniel’s security detail as a young man just beginning his career at SLED.
