  • 1 Easter cabbage
  • 100 ml

Method

Cabbage

  1. Separate the cabbage leaves and cut away the large stalks.
  2. Cut the leaves into a fine julienne and poach quickly in boiling salted water.
  3. Refresh in ice cold water, strain and reserve on a plate.
