79 Sticky Toffee Pudding

The sticky toffee pudding has become the number one sponge dessert of choice across multiple forms of restaurants up and down the UK. It was probably invented in the Lake District in the early 1980’s at either The Miller Howe by John Tovey or by Brian Sack at Sharrow Bay.

Whichever it was is now unimportant because this classic dessert is now too popular to remove from any dessert menu.</
