  • 100 ml ( fl oz) light olive oil

Method

  1. Carefully crack the eggs into four separate bowls to ensure they are all good, intact and free of shell.
  2. Place the oil and butter in a large non-stick frying pan over the lowest heat. Slowly pour each egg into the pan and gently cook the eggs. While cooking, carefully lift each egg with a spatula to ensure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Cook the egg
