Get out of bed, take painkillers, crack open a beer, get the cricket on, make these, have some wines, go back to bed.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 8 slices white sandwich loaf

Method

  1. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dust both sides of the pineapple slices with the icing sugar. Cook the slices of pineapple in the pan for a couple of minutes on each side to caramelise them until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside. Clean the pan for the sandwiches.
  2. Butter four slices of bread and turn them over. Build the sandwiches
