A little bit posh, these toasties are for VIPs only. The salty caviar works brilliantly with the crunchy toast and sweet white chocolate. All washed down with champers, this celebration will go down in history.

  1. For the Champagne jelly, soak the gelatine in cold water. Put half the Champagne and the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir the liquid to dissolve the sugar, then remove the pan from the heat. Drain the gelatine, squeeze out the excess water and discard the water.
