Adobo Marinade

• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried

Place all the ingredients in a coffee grinder or small blender and blitz until smooth. Pour over the poultry. Stir well to coat the poultry, then marinate for 4 hours at room temperature.
