This is a stuffing with a Scottish twist. I adore haggis and its moistness makes it ideal to use as a stuffing for roast chicken or turkey. For a turkey, you need to double up the ingredients.
Place the onion in a large bowl and add the oatmeal (rolled oats), suet and haggis. Mix well to combine, then season with salt and pepper.
