Ingredients

  • 1 large live or freshly cooked lobster, about 1 kg/ lb
  • 400 g<

Method

  1. If the lobster is live, place it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for 5 hours. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the lobster and cook for 10 minutes or until the shell has turned scarlet. Remove and set aside to cool. Heat a separate pan of water and cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut off the lobs
