Chinese leaves, also known as Chinese or Napa cabbage, taste delicious in a salad or stir-fry and need little seasoning apart from soy sauce, as they have a natural sweet flavour. This dish is somewhat soupy, since the leaves contribute extra liquid. It is often served with rice porridge or congee, and keeps well for a few days in the refrigerator.
