Sesame Cream

This is a universal Chinese dessert, which is actually more like a thick drink, and is sold by itinerant hawkers as a late-night snack. You find it in every province, especially Sichuan, where it is also made with black sesame seeds. It is very sweet, so you may want to adjust the amount of sugar.
