House BBQ Sauce

I developed this BBQ sauce to represent the entirety of my concept at Smoke Queen Barbecue. I wanted something that tasted familiar to the typical American palette but with a hint of my Asian heritage. It’s not the typical sweet sauce that you’d find in Kansas City ribs, nor the acidic-forward Carolina sauce.
