When I think of wontons, I think fondly of this classic pork and prawn filling. Bouncy, savoury and super tasty, sometimes you just don’t mess with perfection.

Method

Mix all of the filling ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined, then leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
