I’ve been let down so many times by the sticky-sweet glazes of faux Asian cuisine. They’re always so overpoweringly sweet that it’s like being force-fed spoonfuls of sugar when I’m innocently trying to eat my lunch. Now when I see the word ‘sticky’ on a dish, I run a mile.
