This simple, pretty and delicious version of sago pudding hails from Southeast Asia. Fragrant with pandan and coconut milk, the dark palm sugar imparts lovely caramelised flavours to the delicate sago pearls. This is a classic dessert from the Peranakans of Singapore and Malaysia.
