  • ¾ pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Remove the skin and membrane from chicken meat, slice into 1-½” wide, 2” long, ⅛” thick pieces, and place in a bowl to marinate with egg white, salt, wine and cornstarch. Set aside about 15 minutes.
  2. Boil the walnuts in boiling water about 10 seconds, remove and let cool, then chop into small pieces the size of rice.
