Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked crab meat (or ½ can crab meat)

Method

  1. Boil baby bok choy in boiling water about 1 minutes over high heat, discard water, remove baby bok choy and soak in cold water, then stir-fry with 2 tablespoons heated oil and add one cup soup stock, ½ teaspoon salt. Cook 1 minute, place all into a bowl.
