  • 2-½ cups wheat flour
  • cup boiling water

Method

  1. Place flour in a large bowl, add boiling water and mix well. Add cold water, knead dough with hand until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Place ground or chopped pork in bowl. Add the shrimp (cut into small cubes) and mushrooms (after soaking, cut into small cubes), bamboo shoot (cooked and chopped). Mix well, add green, onion, ginge
