  • 1 pound pork spareribs
  • 5 cups oil
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Chop the spareribs into 1” wide by 2” long square pieces. Separate the bone lengthwise into two pieces.
  2. In a bowl combine the salt, meat tenderizer, baking soda, soy sauce, flour, cornstarch and cold water. Add the spareribs and mix them thoroughly. Soak 2 to 4 hours.
