Ingredients

  • 1-¼ pounds peeled fresh shrimp
  • 4 oz. green vegetable (spinach or boiled broccoli)

Method

  1. Clean the shrimp with a little salt and rinse with water. Then pat dry. Marinate in 1 egg white, 1-½ tablespoon of cornstarch, and ¼ teaspoon of salt for half a hour, (the longer, the bette).
  2. Fry the green vegetable in frying pan with a little oil and salt for a few seconds. Remove and put in the center of the platter.
  3. Heat 2 cups of oil in frying pan
