  • 4 pieces tender bean curd (3” by 3”)

Method

  1. Cut the bean curd into 1-½ inches square pieces. Cut each square piece into two triangles. Then cut each piece horizontally so that each piece is about ½ inch thick.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the bean curd until it is golden. Remove the bean curd from the pan and reduce the oil to 2 tablespoons.
