Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups flour
  • cup boiling water
  • cup

Method

  1. Add ⅔ cup boiling water to flour and mix well. Then add ⅓ cup cold water, knead the dough thoroughly until smooth. Cover and let set about 20 minutes.
  2. Put pork in big bowl, add chopped onion and ginger, and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt, then mix well.
  3. On a floured board, knead dough and divide into 40 pieces, flatten with hand and roll
