Remove stems from soaked black mushrooms. Steam for 12 hour with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon wine, 1 tablespoon oil, and ½ cup mushrooms. Pick out 5 mushrooms, and score ¾ of the black side into strings (for part of the peacock’s neck). Slice each of the other 5 mushrooms into 2 parts.
