  • 2 pounds sea cucumber
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 slices ginger

Method

  1. Clean sea cucumber. Cook in water with ginger and green onion for 20 minutes over low heat.
  2. In 4 tablespoons oil, fry green onion until brown, then arrange the sea cucumber on it. Splash with wine and ginger water (soak the chopped ginger with 2 tablespoon water for 5 minutes). Add soy sauce, soup stock, salt, sugar, black pepper, and sprinkle with dried shrimp
