  • 15 dried black mushrooms (small)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can

Method

  1. Soak the black mushrooms until soft, discard the stems of mushrooms.
  2. Cut the cooked bamboo shoots into half, then cut each lengthwise into 6 pieces.
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil, saute black mushrooms and bamboo shoots, than add soy sauce, sugar and black mushroom juice. Stir over high heat for about 3 minutes, then add cornstarch paste and cook until th
