Stir-Fried Frogs with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ pounds frog legs
  • 3 tablespoons garlic (slices)

Method

  1. Cut frog legs into two parts. Cut off nails, then put legs into a big bowl. Marinate with egg white, soy sauce and cornstarch for ½ hour.
  2. Remove the seeds from green and red peppers, then cut into diamond shaped pieces.
  3. Deep-fry frog in hot oil for about 10 seconds, remove and drain. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, stir in garlic, add green and red peppers
