- Cut frog legs into two parts. Cut off nails, then put legs into a big bowl. Marinate with egg white, soy sauce and cornstarch for ½ hour.
- Remove the seeds from green and red peppers, then cut into diamond shaped pieces.
- Deep-fry frog in hot oil for about 10 seconds, remove and drain. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, stir in garlic, add green and red peppers
