- 5 oz. green vegetable tips or spinach
- 2 bamboo shoots (8 oz.)<
- Remove stems and outer leaves from green vegetable after washing. Chop very finely.
- Boil bamboo shoots without the husk for 10 minutes, plunge into cold water, then cut into thin slices.
- Heat 5 tablespoons oil in frying pan. Saute ginger, green onion, green vegetable, and bamboo shoots.
- Add ½ cup soup stock, season with salt, bring to a boil
