Ingredients

  • 5 oz. green vegetable tips or spinach
  • 2 bamboo shoots (8 oz.)<

Method

  1. Remove stems and outer leaves from green vegetable after washing. Chop very finely.
  2. Boil bamboo shoots without the husk for 10 minutes, plunge into cold water, then cut into thin slices.
  3. Heat 5 tablespoons oil in frying pan. Saute ginger, green onion, green vegetable, and bamboo shoots.
  4. Add ½ cup soup stock, season with salt, bring to a boil
