Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked glutinous rice
  • cup diced cooked carrots
  • 2 tables

Method

  1. Stir-fry diced black mushrooms in 3 teaspoons oil. Add cooked soybeans and carrots, season with sugar, pepper, and soy sauce, mix well.
  2. Add cooked glutinous rice to #1 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut each bean curd sheet into a rectangular shape 6 inches long by 4 inches wide, wrap around ½ cup assorted ingredients, making a long thin roll.
