  • 1 pig’s tongue
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 slices ginger

Method

  1. Clean pig’s tongue, and scald in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and wash again.
  2. Boil 10 cups water in a pan, add green onions, ginger, star anise, dried orange peel, and brown pepper corn. Season with soy sauce, sugar, and wine, cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
