  • 1 pig tripe (small)
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 slices ginger

Method

  1. Remove fat from inside pig tripe. Wash and cover thoroughly with salt, and brown pepper corn, then coat with ½ cup flour until sticky substance is removed.
  2. Scald pig tripe in boiling water, add 2 tablespoons Wine and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
