Paper-thin crêpes rolled around a luscious chocolate cream are a grand way to end a special meal. They can be prepared ahead of time and simply heated and flamed at the last moment.
Oven temperature Gas Mark 4/180°C/350°F
For the crêpes: first sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the milk and eggs. Whisk from the centre, slowly blending the ingredients, then add the melted butter.
