Oven temperature Gas Mark 4/180°C/350°F

Preheat the oven. For the pastry: using a heavy-bottomed saucepan stir the butter, sugar and cocoa together over a low heat until blended. Remove from the heat the moment the butter has melted. Stir in the flour and then add just e
