In the United States, especially New York or Boston, pretzels are immensely popular. On many street corners you can buy them fresh, hot, and chewy from a vendor. Fora biscuit with a difference, chilled chocolate biscuit dough can be shaped into a small pretzel shape. Pretzels are made by rolling small balls of dough into long ropes and twisting them into the traditional shape. They look even more realistic with flecks of sugar to resemble salt.
