Ingredients

  • 125 g (4 oz) chunky marmalade
  • juice of half a lemon

Method

Bring the first three ingredients to the boil. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the liqueur. You can serve the sauce hot or cold. If it is to be served hot, omit the water.
