Ingredients

  • 200 g (2 oz) plain chocolate
  • 125 ml (4

Method

Melt the chocolate. Using a small saucepan, bring the milk to the boil and immediately pour it over the chocolate, whisking until the mixture is smooth. Leave it to cool. Whip the cream to soft peaks and then fold it in the chocolate cream.
