Chocolate Curls or Shavings (2)

• 225 g/8 oz bar of chocolate at room temperature

Chocolate should be at just room temperature and in a block large enough to hold. Shave curls from the edge with a potato peeler. The curls are not as impressive as above but you can do this in a hurry and they do look good and professional.
