Beat together egg whites, sugar cocoa and flour. Stir in the melted butter.

Using no more than half the mixture (they cool so quickly after they have been baked and are then impossible to mould) spoon about 12 teaspoonfuls of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 3-4 m
