This is similar to the Chocolate Sauce above but uses chocolate rather than cocoa powder and is therefore richer.

125 ml/4

Method

Boil the cream and add the chopped chocolate. Over a low heat stir until melted and add the butter Stir until the butter has melted and then whisk until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
