Method

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 and line 2 baking trays with silicon paper.

Over a low flame, melt butter with sugar and cream, stirring all the time. Boil and immediately remove from heat. Add nuts, fruit and flour and thoroughly amalgamate.
