An old time favourite for children and they are so quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 100 g/ oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 55 g/2

Method

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Add the syrup and cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

Add the cornflakes and fold into the chocolate mixture until they are completely coated.

Spoon into paper cases and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
